| If your bin collection has been missed, your bin is missing or damaged, the quickest way to report this is online.
Remember, each type of bin is collected by a different vehicle, which means bins may be emptied at different times between 6am and 5pm on your collection day. Please don’t report a missed collection until after 5pm. If your collection status is ‘Scheduled’, we are aware and will collect it the next working day – please leave the bin out.
Using the online form sends the request straight to the right team and gives a reference number so you can follow up later if you need to. Reporting online also helps the Council respond faster overall, reducing waiting times and freeing up phone lines for residents who cannot access the internet. |
